As online sports betting and iGaming continues to expand in the United States we fully recognize the difficulties of keeping track of different licensing requirements across multiple different jurisdictions and we plan to provide relevant updates here with links to primary sources.
At present we are closely following the developing regulations in Ohio and as new versions of those are released we will provide links and our assessment here. We will also aim to provide access to recently passed legislation for new jurisdictions, with a particular emphasis on licensing impacts to operators, vendors and suppliers.
