Ohio Gaming License Update!

The Ohio Casino Commission met yesterday and confirmed that the go-live date for the Buckeye state will be January 1, 2023. In advance of that date the Commission put out a series of submission deadlines for various license types that are summarized in the chart below. Of critical note is the fact that the first application window opens for submission on June 15th and closes on July 15, pushing mobile sportsbooks and suppliers to organize themselves to submit as soon as possible.
